So...
This is my last week in Winston...
I leave in 7 and 1/2 days. I can't believe it. I'm so excited, but so scared at the same time. I'm not as depressed as I was before, though. I'm hopefuly to what is going to happen in my future and, of course, scared senseless, but I think I'll make it. I've already made a few friends with some people there. My roommate is awesome. She's a lot like me(which I'm awesome so if she's like me then she's awesome...duh) We're going to an FFH concert and the Clevland County Fair which is like, right down the road from G-Webb. That should be fun. So I guess that means she doesn't totally hate me yet if she invited me to a concert and the fair already, but we'll see if I still get those tickets in a couple weeks.
I'm going today, tomorrow and this weekend to get the rest of the things I'll need when I leave. I already have so much stuff...but I keep forgetting the basics..like, toothpaste...and socks...and a hairdryer...
I also realized I won't need to buy about a gazillion 3-ring binders any more. OMGFTW?!?! That was always like, the FIRST thing I got when I would go school supplies shopping. Now I'll get like, 1...and some notebooks. And lots and lots of pens and pencils...cause I'm always losing them. Or putting them in my ponytail and forgetting about them.
I got my first HUMONGOUS pay check today too...I won't tell you exactly how much, but there's a 5, 9 and 7 thrown around in there, and the five doesn't come first in the order! mwahahaha

plus i got like, over 100 buckaroonies yesterday at my going away party...effin a!
So I'm pretty covered on my money to get stuffs...just have to get them...and have the desire to get them...as much as I don't want to go, I do...like, this morning, mom yelled at me for having a messy room. And I was just like, man, in 8 days, I'll never hear that again....(til I'm home for Christmas or something, but then she will be so happy I'm home I won't have to deal with it that much) That was pretty frickin sweet if i say so myself. I think that's like, the one thing I won't miss. Mom yelling at me about stupid stuff all the time. I'll miss her, but not her mouth.
But yeah, I'm at work so I'd better do something...even though I'm just answering phones and it's rung 5 times in as many hours...
So work means pretending I'm reading while I'm actually sleeping

I got really sad last night and cried for about 2 hours straight...
my room is starting to look empty...I have one month and one year left as a teenager...I'm leaving all my friends....I'm moving 2 and 1/2 hours away, and I've never even stayed the night at someone's house unless it was my grandparents for more than two days at a time...
I'm starting to freak out...2 weeks...

This weekend's been boring.
My car's broken down. Alternator hates me apparently.
But, next week is pay day, and I'm making $10 an hour, so that's something to look forward to.

I'm really excited about moving in to my dorm. I got into Spangler, which is right next to the pool and workout room, which will do me some good. Instead of just sitting around all the time I plan to work out to keep from gaining that Freshman 15...even though I probably still will. OH WELL!

ALSO! I plan to quit slacking off. I really want to do well in college. I'm tired of feeling like a failure. And I'm ready to start all over again. I'm going to start packing up stuff this week I think. I'm just so ready to get out of here.

I need boxes...

Oh, I meant to update

So, all of my tuition is paid for. I <3 scholarships. I go on Wednesday to audition for the Fine Arts Scholarship at G-Webb, which is up to $5000. But, seeing as how I've never had a real vocal teacher, just chorus teachers, I'm not expecting to get that much. Hopefully I'll get $3000 at least though, because that's all I have left of my room and board to pay. It costs like, $23,000 per year, and right now I'm getting $20,000 per year with scholarships. Soooooo, I hope to get that extra $3000. Pray for me guys!

So...
this week was interesting...
And I haven't made a real post in a long time, but I'm pretty bored, hence the post
I was watching Gilmore Girls but my brain isn't working enough to take in the greatness that is Lorelei and Rory, so I can't quite watch it to it's fullest potential right now
monday I ran over a dog...
wednesday I got a speeding ticket...74 in a 55, but thankfully the cop reduced it to 74 in a 65 cause I cried cause I was late for school...
and today I got a flat tire...so fun...I had to call mom to come and get me so I could make it to school, which I can no longer miss any more of...ever...til I graduate...or I'll fail...yep...senioritis is a killer....
I no longer care about my grades...
I do, but I don't....I do only because I know if I don't mom will take away everything from me except bread and water, and I'll have to live in a dungeon with only a hay stack bed and a small hole in the wall with bars over it that is supposedly a window, but never lets light in or lends way to any signs of civilization whatsoever....
Mrs Caudill keeps screwing me over with the amount of work she gives me...only me though...but whatever...she'll get what's coming to her one day....and I don't have the energy to deal with it...so whatev...everyone hates her anyway...it makes me giggle to myself sometimes...especially when Robin goes crazy on her. That's the best feeling ever...
Martha Frances helped me get organized, but when I put all the things I had to do into a list it made it seem even worse than when I had them just floating around in my head...
I have like, 8 quizzes and tests to make up and about 5 chapters of makeup work to do...and about 7 papers...no lie either....
But...whatever...I'm tired right now, so I can't really do any of it...my brain wont work and it's been a long week...
I just need a break...
just like, a mental health break....I thought I was gonna have a nervous breakdown today. I almost did...I stepped into the chorus room, and Marielle asked me how I was...I just stared at her...not because she was bugging me or anything but because at that point I couldn't even form a logical thought....and I realized I had to stop caring so much...that's when Martha Frances saw me and realized I was about to lose my mind....
she's my new favorite person because she saved me from going insane...although she should have given me some crazy pills...that would have made me completely better...but organization helps too...

yeah, I think I'm gonna go lay down a bit...I'm kinda tired now
and I have A LOT of work to do tomorrow....wooohooo
